Earlier this month, Book Passage hosted a pre-publication event for Phil Cousineau and artist Gregg Chadwick for The Painted Word: A Treasure Chest of Remarkable Words and Their Origins (Viva Editions). The book appears on October 16, Noah Webster's birthday and National Dictionary Day.
