The Books-A-Million on Skyland Boulevard in Tuscaloosa, Ala., is closing on May 18, WBRC-TV reported. The store opened 20 years ago. BAM commented: "We do routinely evaluate each one of our retail locations, and at this time we've chosen to close this location. We are actively looking for other real estate opportunities in the market."
The closing sale began over the weekend.
