Effective October 23, Karen Corvello is joining the University Press Sales Associates consortium as northeast sales rep for the MIT Press, Princeton University Press and Yale University Press. She was most recently regional manager in New England and upstate New York for Baker & Taylor. Earlier she was a board member of the New England Independent Booksellers Association, worked for more than a decade at R.J. Julia Booksellers, Madison, Conn., as a buyer and marketing associate and was a publicist at Yale University Press.
