Andrea Fleck-Nisbet, CEO of the Independent Book Publishers Association for the past four years, is the new president of the Quarto Group U.S., effective November 2. As president, Fleck-Nisbet will oversee Quarto's U.S. program, which includes 27 imprints; among them are Walter Foster, Epic Ink, and Frances Lincoln Children's Books.

Before joining IBPA four years ago, Fleck-Nisbet worked at a variety of small and large publishers for 20 years. She held senior positions at Workman Publishing and Ingram Content Group, and was v-p and founding publisher of Harper Horizon, a HarperCollins imprint.

The Quarto Group was founded in London in 1976.
