Following its debut earlier this year, the Perfect Page has been making pop-up appearances around Fairfield, Conn., and the surrounding area, Optimum News 12 reported.

The mobile and online bookstore, which is built out of an all-electric van, carries new titles for all ages. Owners and best friends Stephanie Schechter and Juliet Majmudar curate the inventory for each stop, with the selection often featuring a mix of local authors, their own personal favorites, and books pertaining to a monthly theme. The pair have made stops at farmers markets, public beaches, and other locations around Fairfield, and they host a monthly book club called the "No Commitment Book Club."

Schechter noted that with the smaller selection, customers feel less overwhelmed by choice, and Majmudar praised the flexibility of a mobile model. It allows them to "bring books to wherever that need is, and whatever the interest is," she told Optimum News 12.

Some of Perfect Page's upcoming appearances include Sasco Beach, Southport Beach, Fairfield Farmers' Market, the Wilton Farmers' Market, and the Fairfield Harvest Market.
